191. Interaction

We all got a big laugh at this little girl tapping on the window to get the gorilla’s attention…and how the gorilla was not willing to interact!  He just kept putting his hands over his ears as to say “I don’t hear you”!

  1. Clearly, this gorilla has parenting experience! 😉

  2. I understand where she is coming from but fully empathise with the Grills – Go away Kid ya Bother me! Or to quote W.C. Fields again, “I love children, but preferably BROILED”

  3. Wow…awesome capture!!

  4. That’s hilarious, and also very similar to how I act around children when they are loud.

  5. He probably thought if he ignored her, she would just go away… wrong!

  6. I laughed out loud at this sequence! the expressions on both of them are priceless.

  7. Kim….hahaha! What a great set of shots, Tammy!

  8. This is funny Tammy!
    Great shots.

  9. I’m sure there would have been tears if he’d suddenly decided to turn round and face the music.

  10. a great series!

  11. What an expression! He looks peeved! I think I would be if I had to listen to her demands!

  12. What a wonderful series . . . the expressions on both are priceless

  13. Cute series of shots. I wonder, though, if he was simply ignoring her or if the tapping hurt his ears. Depending on the design of the enclosure, window tapping might really resonate on his side.

  14. That’s one grumpy old gorilla 🙂

  15. fun series, he really look enoyed 🙂

  16. I’d be grumpy too if my day was constantly interrupted with tap tap tapping on my window. Love all your zoo photos even though I may not comment on all of them. I’m 300 posts behind but do want to let you know I’ve looked at all of yours and sooo enjoy your skill in photography.
