We all got a big laugh at this little girl tapping on the window to get the gorilla’s attention…and how the gorilla was not willing to interact! He just kept putting his hands over his ears as to say “I don’t hear you”!

I understand where she is coming from but fully empathise with the Grills – Go away Kid ya Bother me! Or to quote W.C. Fields again, “I love children, but preferably BROILED”

Cute series of shots. I wonder, though, if he was simply ignoring her or if the tapping hurt his ears. Depending on the design of the enclosure, window tapping might really resonate on his side.
