55. Through a Window
Just my luck, I finally get a new camera and the forecast calls for 2-5″ of snow today and rain and snow flurries through Sunday. I am dying to get outside, but I guess shooting through my window will have to do!

We’ve gotten 8, and it’s still coming down.
It is actually very pretty, but it’s coming down so hard that i don’t dare venture out with a camera.

Very cute fellow. No worries, you’ll have plenty of chances to use your camera outdoors. You better not talk too much about how wonderful this new camera is because I’ll get jealous and have to go out and upgrade. I have the xsi and am happy with it. I did splurge on lenses this year though so I better not even window shop for a new camera.
i had the XSI and i was happy with it too, it’s a great camera…My son is taking some photography classes and I don’t share well! 🙂

She’s beautiful! Want a view out your window. We got about 4 inches of new snow Thursday and Friday. But they were predicting 6 to 9 so we got off lucky. Have a great day!

Speaking of Nebraska, I heard yesterday on News of the Weird that it is not illegal to drive naked in your state. Perhaps a little cold, but not illegal!

a very well done through-window-shot, I like the bird, but don’t know what kind of bird it is … Never seen before.
Lovely bird portrait! New camera?? Guess I missed out as I’m so behind in posting and am going backwards thru the posts…Hope I’ll find out what you purchased. Have window shopped for a new one or lenses myself but so far haven’t made a leap either way.
